Collaborative Divorce, Adoption and all Family law cases
An initial office consultation is $100
There is a Court filing fee of approximately $300 for divorce and adoption cases
The hourly fee for all family law cases is $275 and a minimum $3500 retainer deposit is required. Although it is difficult to estimate the total cost of a divorce, a case which involves more complex issues, those set out below, will generally involve more costs.

Adoption – International, domestic and stepparent
An initial office consultation is $100
The hourly fee for all adoption cases is $275 and a minimum $3500 retainer deposit is required.
International Adoption – An IR-4 or IR-3 visa will be issued in the adopted child’s home country by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. This visa will allow the adopted child to travel to the United States. A Petition for Adoption can then be filed in Texas.
Domestic and Stepparent Adoption – Involves a Termination of the biological parent(s) parental rights and Petition for Adoption of the child or stepchild. A biological parent may voluntarily relinquish her/his parental rights.
There is a Court filing fee of approximately $700.
Immigration Law
The cost for H-2A and H-2B visas vary depending on each individual case.
